Here's a picture of my good friend of many years, Larry Piland. He operates several retail
computer outlets in the San Diego area, but I know he REALLY wants to drive a choo-choo,
huh Larry?

 |
And here is Larry's wife, Sue and her Mom Nanna (that's Sue on the left). She has also
been a good friend only not for so many years on account she's too young. |

Here's my pal Frog. We were in the Navy together stationed at Naval Training Center, San
Diego. That's his daughter Dale who is now a lawyer. Too bad I didn't have Dale when I was
having problems a few years ago, but then again she was, what, ten years old then? Oh,
well. Maybe next time. Frog has a lovely wife named Bonnie whom I also love dearly, plus
his redheaded daughter Mara who is also a sweetheart. No pix of them yet, but stay tuned!

Here's a picture of my sweet
daughter Wendy.
The title is "You're giving me a headache, Dad!" |

This picture is a few years old, but from left to right we have my #1 niece Sandra, my
Dad, my little sister Susie, my big sister Carol, my daughter Wendy (who is
31 now), my
step-mom Arleen, and me. Hmm, I was skinnier there. |

Here's a picture of my
Mother Phyllis from about 1974. She was a kind, generous and loving woman who
unfortunately was taken from us in 1989. I miss you, Mom! She used to read the Wall Street
Journal, and was much wiser than we ever knew about. Funny what you find out about someone
after they're gone! |

This is a picture of my late brother-in-law Chuck
Curley. He was a fun guy although he and I tended to drink a little too much beer when we
got together. |

Here is a picture of my friend Stan in Rome,
Italy. This was taken in Pompeii. We got to visit many fascinating places while we were
both on the USS Enterprise (CVN-65). Stan now lives in Anderson California. I'll put up a
more recent picture "one of these days". |

Last on this page is my Dad, John Darrough. He was an avid
fisherman until he recently took up woodworking. In fact, Dad makes excellent pool tables,
so if you need one, let me know! Dad's now 87 going on 40. I love you, Dad!
